Salesforce Senior Business Analyst – Information Systems

About the Position:
In this role you will combine hands-on Salesforce implementation skills with strong analytical thinking. You’ll be directly configuring Salesforce, managing automation tools, and optimizing workflows, while translating business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Take a hands-on role in configuring Salesforce, including automation tools (mainly flows), security settings, permissions, and other system setups.
- Develop and maintain user stories, process documentation, and technical requirements to support efficient Salesforce delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement changes directly in the Salesforce environment.
- Manage and optimize existing Salesforce processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Lead and participate in requirements workshops, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide direct support and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure ongoing operational excellence by monitoring system usage, performance, and user feedback.
- Think proactively about how changes might affect connected processes and downstream systems.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Salesforce, including flows, automation tools, setup, and security controls.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to translate them into efficient, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to act as both business analyst and Salesforce administrator, bridging process knowledge with technical execution.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – must.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle and agile delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Workato.
- Background in healthcare, biotech, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with process optimization or business process reengineering.
