About the position: 

Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Salesforce Business Applications? We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Manager, Salesforce Business Systems. In this critical role, you will lead and inspire a team of 3-5 professionals, driving excellence in managing Salesforce solutions from design to implementation. With a wealth of experience in interface solutions and a knack for designing cross-company processes, you will directly collaborate with C-level management to align strategies with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is not only a master of Salesforce intricacies but also possesses exceptional communication and writing skills, enabling seamless interaction with various Information Systems (IS) groups, both internally and with external vendors. With part of our team in Israel, you will be required to have flexibility around the working hours of early mornings to facilitate global collaboration with the broader team.

Position Duties & Responsibilities: 
  1. Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of 3-5 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their continued development and success.
  2. Salesforce Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Leverage extensive experience to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce developments and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Interface Solutions:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of interface solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize interfaces for enhanced efficiency.
  4. Cross-Company Process Design:
    • Work closely with C-level management to design and implement cross-company processes that align with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with various IS groups to ensure integration and efficiency in process design.
  5. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills to connect efficiently with IS groups, internal and external vendors.
    • Work collaboratively with teams across multiple locations, with a focus on effective global communication.
  6. Management and Hands-On Approach:
    • Balance the responsibilities of a managerial role with hands-on involvement in projects and tasks.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to creativity, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Adaptability to Change:
    • Cope effectively with high-paced environments, adapt to last-minute changes, and make decisions in real-time.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience to adjust strategies and plans as business goals evolve.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Systems information Technology Engineering or Computer Science


  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in Salesforce Business Systems and Staff Oversight.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 3-5 professionals.
  • Strong global experience, particularly in the US and Israel markets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work early morning hours to facilitate global collaboration.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Healthcare or Healthcare Technology experience is highly recommended.
