Bioinformatics Engineer

For the last 7 years Variantyx has established itself as the industry leader in germline genetic diagnostics all while maintaining agility by keeping the team small. We were the first to launch a comprehensive clinically validated whole genome test including structural variation, short tandem repeats, large chromosomal abnormalities, etc. Innovation and leadership is in our DNA. As we continue to develop and improve our germline solution, Variantyx has set its eyes to the oncology space. To facilitate an easier transition Variantyx has licensed an industry proven somatic diagnostic tool. As part of the migration, we are in need of a bioinformatician instrumental in helping Variantyx burst into the somatic industry with the same level of leadership and ingenuity as our germline product. Cliches aside, this is an opportunity to actually make an impact both professionally and globally.
